Campbell Brown Engaged
In case you did not know Campell Brown is the co-host of the news program "Weekend Today". Before you get upset that I would post something so trivial on this discussion board the person she is engaged to is interesting. Brown is engaged to Dan Senor. Senor was the adviser or second in command to L. Paul Bremer when Bremer was the Administrator or head of Iraq. I look at two different articles about Senor. One said he was the second in commmand and the other said he was an adviser. Also, Senor once worked for the Carlyle Group.

I decided to look up Brown, in wikipedia, when I found that she was supposed to be from Louisiana. That is where I found out that she was engaged to Senor. I thought it was interesting in that many people talk about one of the current problems with the media is that too many of the reporters either are too close to power or want to be close to powers; therefore, they do not ask the hard questions or they do softball reporting.

4. Her father is a former politician in Louisiana
Her father, Jim Brown, was a Democratic Secretary of State in Louisiana and ran for several other things, including governor but never quite made it. He was convicted for lying to a grand jury - is out of jail and is an active political commentator on the web. Because of his conviction, media outlets are sometimes reluctant to use his comments in mainstream outlets.

7. Really? Dan Senor looks like a friggin' pinhead
Talk about marrying out of your league. Campbell Brown is, well, kinda hot, and Dan Senor is something out of revenge of the nerds.

But goddamn can that mutherfucker lie like a bastard! Yippee!

Dan Senor

Middle East expert and Former Chief Spokesperson for the Coalition Provisional Authority in Iraq

Dan Senor just returned from the Middle East, where he spent substantial time in Iraq, Israel, United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Jordan. Until the hand-over of power in Iraq, Dan Senor was the Chief Spokesperson for the U.S.-led Coalition in Iraq, and a Senior Advisor to Presidential Envoy L. Paul Bremer III, the Administrator of the Coalition Provisional Authority. Senor rode into Baghdad on the first convoy of civilians into Iraq from Kuwait, less than two weeks after the fall of Saddam Hussein’s regime, and was one of the longest-serving American civilians in Iraq, extending his tour to 15 months, after originally committing to just a 90-day assignment with the Bush Administration. Working closely with the military under often less-than-ideal conditions, Senor advised the Bush Administration, the Blair Government in the U.K. and Ambassador Bremer on a variety of Iraqi strategic, policy and communication issues (great fucking job there, Dan Senor...which of the bone-headed CPA policies are you wiling to take credit for you fucking braintrust mutherfucker??!!?? - comment mine), and was the civilian face of the Coalition Authority to Americans, Europeans, Iraqis and the world. No one is better positioned to address the turbulent and revolutionary moment in the Middle East and the Bush Administration’s strategy for dealing with the region.

Senor has worked closely with the Bush Administration’s national security team, including Secretaries Rice and Rumsfeld and Generals Abizaid and Sanchez, as well as senior officials throughout the Administration’s foreign policy apparatus. He most recently served as an International Election Monitor based in Kiev and Kirovograd during the Ukrainian election. He appears regularly on television to provide analysis (which is to say, outright propaganda) for national security and foreign affairs issues, and was recently published in the Wall Street Journal.

An accomplished speaker—he gave more than a hundred press briefings while serving in Iraq—Senor comes to the podium to discuss the current, ever-changing 9lucky that it's ever changing, or someone might decide to call you on the carpet for your bgeneral douchebaggery - QUESTION: Was the Coalitional Provisional Authority the most fucked-up fucked-upidness like, fucking, ever??? Can you still put it on your resume without being laughed out of the room? Isn't being a Senior Advisor to the fucking CPA a bit like being the fucking CFO at Enron???? And you still get speaking tours and people still refer to you as an "expert"? Isn't it established that the fucking policies of the CPA are directly responsible for the strength of the insurgency and the continued loss of life in Iraq, both American and Iraqi? Aren't you fucking ashamed yet, Dan Senor, you shitbird mutherfucker???) global political situation. Because of Senor’s international policy expertise, specifically on Iraq and Iran, the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, America’s renewed engagement with Europe and the tension between Russia and the new Ukraine, he is uniquely positioned to speak to America’s strategy and role in the world for the next four years and how the international community will react.

Senor grew up in the United States and Canada and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario and the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. After graduating from Harvard Business School, Senor worked for the Carlyle Group, a Washington, D.C.-based private equity firm.

Prior to going to Harvard Business School for his MBA, Senor worked as an aide to then-Republican senator Spencer Abraham of Michigan during Abraham’s term in the U.S. Senate. During his time with Senator Abraham, who is currently the U.S. Secretary of Energy, Senor served as a foreign policy legislative aide, press secretary and communications director.

10. She's anorexic, smokes like a chimney
and has a few tattoos. (Not that there's anyhting wrong with any of that -- except for the bingeing and purging, I suppose). She'll probably take over 'Today" when Katie pulls the plug.

He's a complete Bushbot. I would have sworn he was Ari Fleischer's clone.

Th two of them bumpin' uglies makes for a revolting visual.
