I would very much like to understand WHY the story about a bigoted, inebriated Mel Gibson gets so much mention while the U.S. has soldiers fighting and dying in Iraq, and I'm not hearing a peep about it. The Iraqis are in the midst of a bloody civil war that no one is acknowledging, but when al Maliki comes to town, demanding more soldiers and money, we not only see lots of coverage, but we get to see Congress fawning all over him.
Just who do you work for, anyway, and what is your mission? Are you supposed to be informing the public, or are you really just a mouthpiece for this administration?
Are you purposely dumbing down the population to save the president further grief? HAve you received your marching orders from Karl Rove and your corporate masters to sweep Iraq under the rug?
What are your motives, and where is your morality?
