I have a t3 connection & all night some sites load as usual & some are taking forever!

3. Your ISP might be doing some maintenance or upgrades

If they're like my ISP, they NEVER notify you before it happens. Check your ISP's web site and see if they have a "Network Status" page - it should tell you what's happening if the problem's on their end. :-)
