Then they and the Republican’s are trying to cover it up. As a veteran I cannot tell you how mad this makes me. It’s not enough that Halliburton is making billions and billons off of us in Iraq…they gave our kids raw sewage to drink for a year. Not even the kool-aide drinkers on the other side should be willing to stand for this…it is time for someone to go to jail.

2. Dem Sen. Mark Dayton just said on MSNBC that Repubs wont investigate
Dems had hearings on this today exposing situation revealed by whistleblowers and documentation. It went on for a year causing illnesses of both soldiers and civilian workers and then Halliburton lied and tried to cover it up. He said that Repubs don't care and won't investigate or hold bipartisan hearings because it is Cheney's former company.

5. Which makes them what we already know what they are....
CRIMINALS and think of this.... how many more would be alive if they had been in better shape to take care of themselves and each other??? Being sick or not feeling well is no way to engage in combat.

3. FOR A YEAR??? I had no idea it went on for that long
I am with you -- there is nothing worse than ABUSING the very soldiers we send out to do the heavy lifting. They should be having steak and lobster (or some equally extravagant vegan meal) every single f***ing night they're over there ...

6. They may not be entitled to steak and lobster.....
but they DAMN sure dont deserve to have Halliburton and the Republicans give them human crap to drink. TMF at Halliburton and those who support them need to be hung from the nearest lamp post.

4. Had those war profiteers actually served (as you did...)
they would not be so hot to play war games from the West Wing.

I wonder how many illnesses that contaminated water caused. I also noted, with irony, the rather-appropriate Clorox ad on the Yahoo page. Wonder if that was done deliberately or by accident.
