they have also been duped by their own leaders who get paid well for gay bashing, and bashing choice and pretending to take the high moral ground while at the same time enriching themselves from both the flock of sheeple and the politicians using taxpayer money. It's a sad, sad situation. The really sad part about it is few, if any, will admit that they have been duped and played like a fiddle. Many of these poor families have been sincere in their beliefs (though misguided in my opinion) have denied themselves the simplest life pleaseures like vacations and entertainment to sacrifice and pay "tithes" to these charletons.

4. It is a faith thing.

If only people could unshakle themselves from the dogma that faith == religion == christianity.

Faith is integral to us. Religion is a Western construct to try to "universalize" Judeo-Christian-Islamic dogma. They are not that similar, but enough indoctrination and it is difficult to discern even the most obvious discrepancy.
