How long are we going to give the bullies our lunch money?
The bullies have been taking our lunch money and beating us up and terrifying us and using our money for their own stupid screw ups for far too long now. Do we forget the bully lesson our parents taught us? We might refer back to those happy days.

There is only one answer to the bully problem, the uncomfortable but necessary answer. When your dad tells you how to stand up to bullies, you don't quite believe him, you can't see it in your young head, but like Gary Cooper in High Noon, it must be done, or you'll be miserable all through fourth grade.

When the bully shakes you down for your lunch money, tell him to shove it up his ass and stand your ground, take the blows, and let the fucker have it with all you've got, win or lose, then at least you'll be able to live with yourself, and the other kids will have your back from then on, and the bully loses his money, and his power.

1. Are you suggesting each person should defend them self?
Isn't the state responsible for defending its citizens? :sarcasm:

3. IMO democracy is a group defending itself first with the pen if possible, if not
by force of arms if necessary.

Abraham Lincoln said, "This country, with its institutions, belongs to the people who inhabit it. Whenever they shall grow weary of the existing government, they can exercise their constitutional right of amending it, or their revolutionary right to dismember it or overthrow it."

7. They don't get my lunch money...
...only the change!

Seriously. I started a new job shortly before the 2000 election, and I knew dubya was gonna win. I knew it was gonna be a scandal, and I knew they were gonna fuck things up. On my W2, I said I have 5 dependants (i'm single), I didn't sign the thing, and I haven't filed a return since. I get my "refund" in each paycheck. If they try to come after me, which they haven't and they won't, fuck 'em.

I also do not use credit cards, do not have any debt, do not borrow money for anything and live within my (fairly humble) means. I don't drive a car, I use public transportation and I turn off the lights when I'm not in the room. The little teeny bit of money that I have invested is in blue companies. True, there is money taken out of my paycheck for the feds, but it' nothing like what it "should" be. I don't mind paying for air traffic controllers and interstate highways and what little corporate regulation still exists. However, I do not and will not pay for their fucking war!

That's how you keep them from stealing your lunch money!
