She has publicly said she will go against a Fillibuster.

I've written her the following letter and fully intend to work to see her removed from office if she carries through with this position. I sent the same letter to Feinstein last week when she said she would oppose the Fillibuster.

I'll get right to the point. If you don't support a Democratic fillibuster of Alito I'll be sending my available campaign contributions to whomever runs against you for re-election in your next campaign.
