How does one become a seminar caller on RW talk radio?

How does one become a seminar caller on RW talk radio?

I keep hearing these RW radio talk show host talking about how seminar (liberal) callers try to get through the screeners to get on air and put the host on the spot. Can anyone tell me when and where these seminars are held as I would like to attend one to try and pick up some good tips.
