Spare the Air NIGHT
So PG&E doesn't want anyone to burn wood tonight in order to keep warm but tells to use their expensive electricty instead. Otherwise, you hate the Earth.

Put another log on the fire.

2. Here in northern Cal
(Sorry for the confusion)

We have Spare the Air days....mostly in summer when it gets hot, and we can ride public transporation for free until they run out of money.

So because it's been so chilly at night people fire up their fireplaces only PG&E would rather us not sully up the air, but use their electricity instead and they are the only game in town.
