Poll question: Who Wants A Primary, The Dems Or DLC?

I don't think the DLC wants a primary. Maybe a very brief one, but that's it. The repug for '08 is even more up in the air than it is for the Dems, and I think that this somehow plays into the political landscape for 2008. Really, it's just so early, I can't make a decent guess. Lots of people here smarter than me. I'm rambling here, sorry.

1. The DLC is on their way out. The Blue Dogs run things now.

The DLC has been increasingly marginalized since Clinton left office. Sure, they are still a bloc, but they shrink every election.

But, my sense is that the DLC is pretty top down,
I would hope the dems would embrace primaries.
Primaries are democracy in action.
