have worn the t-shirt. Is concerned that the rules of decorum were somehow abridged. Rules of decorum are for the elected members attending their jobs. It is a greater affront to decorum that the lives and wellbeing of the American people are bought and sold on the floor of that house everyday.

He's on WJ CSPAN now.

excuses for the constitution spoilers in the White House? I am sick and tired of them spewing the bs. For crying out loud it was only a f-ing t-shirt.

4. It is ok to wear a T-shirt that says F*** the Draft but not one that
reminds us of the dead soldiers who gave their lives for our country?

"Did you know that in 1971, the Supreme Court said it was unconstitutional to arrest a man who wore a "F--- the Draft" T-shirt into the courthouse? (Cohen v. California, you can look it up.)" This excerpt is from crooks and liars.

Yeah right it was a matter of decorum. It was a matter of free speech. Remember that? Free speech was when you didn't have to worry about getting arrested for expressing an opinion.

6. Man was asked that and his reply was that "there are limits on
our first amendment rights." That you can't have people "interferring" in the conducting of the business of the state.

Are we facist yet?

9. Has one Dem mentioned
that this could have been handled much differently? It is unacceptable in a supposedly free society to arrest someone for wearing a T shirt that is "offensive".

What is amazing is how a T shirt that says so little could cause such a problem. The message on the shirt was very simple yet effective. It simply spoke the truth and it's obvious that the administration and the media want the people to forget the number that have died because of these lies.

12. Rules of decorum? What about when Cheney told someone to go F*
themselves on the Senate floor? Did that violate any of these sacred "rules of decorum"?
