I'm so excited about Marc Maron's return to AAR!!!

I really loathe celebrity worship so I'm a little shocked about how excited I just got when I heard the promo for Marc Maron's new show on Air America Radio.

I don't think I've ever missed a media personality before.

3. Oh good, Stephanie miller wore thin pretty fast, although she has a

polished professional and very funny show. Marc's show is unpredictable and passionate and all over the place. It was one of a kind and had moments of greatness along with a lot of experimental stuff that didn't work as well. Also, I used to live in NYC and I miss it horribly and he brings NYC into his program, none of the other shows have a sense of place like that. Hope the new show has some of those features. I also love his slightly neurotic personality and the way he verbalizes his feelings. He represented Air America more than any of the other "personalities" I thought.

God that momma thing got so tired so fast. Only listened once. I liked the guy that did the Bush impressions tho.

4. I'm with you there, iconoclast--

not only is Marc a comic genius, but he's a genuine human being. In fact,

I think it's his innate humanity that makes his comedy so affecting. He

rules! Air America Morning has nothing on Morning Sedition. Great news!

she & Marc would play off of each other really well--especially with her infectious laugh. I don't see it though. SG
