Click on the "Send an e-mail" button.

Delete the BS form letter they made and make one praising NBC for airing this episode.

On Edit:

They make you sign up to their e-mail list AFTER you send the e-mail. Which I did. I then sent an e-mail asking to be removed from and "Anti-Democracy, Pro-Theocracy Hate Group" e-mail list.
