Separating fact from mythology concerning Osama bin Laden

What do we really know about the mysterious Osama for sure? I can't decide what is fact and what if fabricated fiction regarding this Batman villain.

For instance, he's always been pinned as the perp for nine eleven, which has never actually been proven. And the 'fact' that the bin Laden's and the bush's go back decades as friends and business partners. Did liberals just make that up to make the bush family look bad?

Those long forgotten cryptic, grainy videos purported to be the evil one, whatever happened to them? Haven't seen one in over a year it seems. Is he alive or is he dead? No one knows apparently.

Why isn't bush bragging about having Osama on the run anymore? He barely mentions him except to remind us that 'he's still out there' around election time.

All I get regarding Osama is blank stares and weird rumors. All we have to refer to is wacko conspiracy theories because our own government is lying to us about Osama and has been for years.

I suggest that our government lies to us, about MANY, MANY things, particularly about Osama, they feel we are children who must be protected from ugly truths, and fed a constant supply of myths to keep us happy, scared and confused.

The same questions could be applied to the soon to be late Saddam Hussein, we have been fed mythologies about him too, for decades. These two monstrous bad guys are the very reasons we are at war(s) supposedly, so we should know more about them, how they arose to power with our own CIA's funding and support, we should know what Osama and Saddam know, but we probably never will at this rate.

Go ahead, hang Saddam, smear your naked body in his blood and put his head on a pike for all I care, I won't be impressed, I'll only be plunged further down the theory well.

So while Saddam swings, remember, Osama is a free man, if he even lives at all.
