United is monitoring the ongoing snowstorm and air traffic control conditions in Denver and is canceling some of today’s flights. We continue to work to accommodate our customers and get them to their destinations safely and as soon as possible.
We encourage customers to follow the travel tips below:
* Check your flight status before heading to the airport.
* Only customers with operating flights should go to the airport. We also recommend arriving at least 3 hours before your flight departs.
* We encourage everyone flying in, out or through Denver to take advantage of United's ticket waiver and consider changing their travel plans. If you would like to re-book your travel, do so by using our EasyCheck-in Onlinesm service, or by contacting your travel agent or United Reservations at 1-800-UNITED-1 (1-800-864-8331).
* United's lobby in DIA will remain open 24 hours to assist travelers who have been impacted by this storm.
