:wtf:

I cannot wrap my brain around the uproar over frozen embryos that will be thrown away if not used but let's send our soldiers to get killed for the idiot son's fuck ups?

My head is going to explode here. The arrogant, disgusting, sick and evil fools stand there and dare lecture the rest of us on what the value of life is. :grr:

How about let's value the life of people that actually exist here. Let's respect the lives of our soldiers and only send them into harms way when it is the last resort. Let's help people with disabilities and disease - let's help them walk, cure their diseases and allow them to live pain free. WHY IS THIS SO HARD TO UNDERSTAND??????????????

These people are not only stupid they're evil. I'd buy their BS if they actually believed in valuing these lives after they're born. Like providing decent schools, clean air, an environment not on the edge of collapse. Fucking hypocrites from hell.

Pro life my ass.

3. This sentiment was in a letter I just sent to my representatives.

I told them the hypocrisy of this was incredible.

Somehow, abortions and stem cells need to be stopped, because we must protect a life that hasn't yet begun. OK. Got it. I'll ignore the fact that the stem cells they want to use get thrown away in the trash. I guess that's a better option for those lives.

And I guess a soldier, with a spouse and kids somehow isn't entitled to this same consideration. So, a life being lived is less valuable than one that hasn't had that opportunity? Right?

I asked my reps to explain this reasoning to me, because it didn't wash in my book.

By the way, I have Jim Inhofe, Tom Coburn, and John Sullivan.

Could there possibly be worse representation?

15. The snake oil salesman
from Georgia - Phil Gingrey - is right up there in the 'worse' category. Wonder how many 'snowflake' babies he and the Missus have adopted? I cannot get my head around how anyone would send someone like him to Washington.

All his yapping about how people get medicines at affordable prices is ludicrous. I just spent $130 on eye drops. Fortunately, I have an eye surgeon who offsets what she can of these costs by providing as many samples as possible. (I'm on 4 different types right now). I'm lucky because this is a temporary thing for me - pity those who must take medication daily, forever!

We have a responsibility to make sure we don't abuse their service.

7. You know that a lot of Repukes helped co-sponsor the stem
cell bill, right? I'd already written a scathing letter to my Repuke congressman and had to send an apology after I discovered (thanks to someone here) he was actually one of many who co-sponsored the bill.

9. culture of (christian) life
These same people don't give a damn about kids after birth (especially if of color). Plus I have heard the same group be totally indifferent to the civilian deaths in Iraq as they are Muslims. I remember John Ashcroft coming up with some insane biblical quote insinuating that the people who died in the tsunami deserved it. Culture of life means lets make sure all the white, rich, Christian blond hair blue eyed republicans survive and thrive. Everyone else is worthless.:grr:
