Bush: "We will prevail"

FORT BENNING, Georgia (CNN) -- "There is no doubt in my mind we will prevail" in Iraq, President Bush told troops at Fort Benning on Thursday.

This is a psychopath. It's impossible to get through to such a person. He doesn't give a flying fuck about the opinions of 300,000,000 Americans and what's in THEIR minds - it's only about his (alleged) "mind."

Some week, when I have the hours and hours it'd require, I'd like to 'harvest' all the times he's said something about what HE 'thinks' or what HE 'feels' (both as mythical as the Tooth Fairy) in a speech designed to allay concnerns or opposition to the predations of this regime. I'm betting it'd fill a fucking book the size of 'War and Peace'.

Absolutely every speech, especially unscripted press conferences, is riddled with "I-isms" -- all about HIM. "I" this and "I" that. Appalling.
