I Heard Some Scary Shit on Tucker About bush and Iran Attack
OMG! It was Joe Lockhart, a CFR guy and Pat Buchanan. They all believe bush is absolutely going to go into Iran one way or another!

The two most bothersome things for me, Joe said he thought that Iran and Syria are a threat?!? wtf? I mean wtf?

And Pat said that he felt a provocation by Iran would happen in Iraq instigated by the US, so the US could strike back at Iran so
the conflict escalates and the US retaliates by striking the Iranian "nuclear facilities" and bush leaves with an excellent legacy of having defeated that rogue country Iran (in his own mind). Because this is all about his legacy. HIS LEGACY! People are dying FOR HIS LEGACY!

Third bothersome thing is NO ONE MENTIONED THE OIL CONTRACTS!!!!!

2. Tweety's opening line was "the president escalated the war last night"
It's going to be a done deal unless people REALLY take to the streets and remind this bastard of WHO HE WORKS FOR!

15. But people don't know this.
They're too busy with football playoffs and our media certainly won't tell them except in a story buried on Page 51.

4. When's the next scheduled terrorist attack in this country?
And will it be anthrax (again) or something a bit more creative?

The administration will want to scare all of us back inside our houses, praying for our "Glorious Leader" to make us safe.

5. Personally, I don't think the US will be attacked on our soil.
From the crap I've been reading and hearing, it will be in Iraq.

6. His legacy, therefore IS death
and I would not want that on my soul.

In my opinion, if we invade Iran, we have bottomed out as a nation.

10. I tink we've already bottomed out as a country. From the beginning
of this war. 9/11, Gitmo, we could get a pretty long list going here on all his crimes. Dems weren't in power, so our hands were pretty much tied. He doesn't care about anthing but his own ego. Doesn't care how many soldiers died, how many Iraqi died. His arrogance knows no bounds. I hope the houses will do something pretty darned fast, or we'll all be sunk. Not many nations are standing behind us (Are any at this point?), imagine the support we'll be given in his noocyular war? Expect us to be a little speck on the map (or is it a comma in history) if he isn't stopped now.

7. It seems to me...
those oil-contracts have been getting signed for just as long as the threat to Iran has been playing, over and over..like a broken record. I wonder why Russia and China are not mentioned in all of this?

8. Cut the fucking funding to that bastard! ya hear?
The one thing we can do is defund the war. Demand we bring the troops home now. No debate just do it!

9. Caesar wants his name in the books.
And Caesar sees it very differently than you or I.

Caesar's parents, Caesar Sr. and Babs the First keep telling him not to worry so much about it. Secretly Caesar Sr. worries about HIS legacy getting fucked up by Baby Caesar.

12. Its really pretty simple to find out what he's going to do
Listen to what the AEI think tank guys say. Hell, they DESIGNED the surge bullshit and you KNOW they are doing the latest provocations against Iran to start a forking war. They can't talk about it much because Russia and China will have a LOT to say about it, so it's going to have to be a 'reaction' not a 'planned attack' that they are planning, if you know what i mean

The superhawk behind the surge
By Jim Lobe

WASHINGTON - When President George W Bush unveils his long-awaited new strategy on Iraq on Wednesday night eastern US time, he will be relying heavily on the counsel of one J D Crouch II, perhaps the most hardline - if most obscure - of his hawkish advisers.

Over the past 15 years, the generally low-profile Crouch has taken any number of controversial positions, from advocating military action against Cuba and North Korea to blaming the 1999 Columbine High School student massacre in Colorado on "30

years of liberal social policy".

As deputy national security adviser, Crouch, who has held three posts in the Bush administration, chaired the inter-agency group charged with mapping out Bush's new Iraq strategy, whose main feature, it is expected, will be to add some 20,000 new US troops to the 140,000 already there in hopes of stabilizing Baghdad and rebellious al-Anbar province.

Crouch, whose substantive expertise is in arms control - or, more precisely, how the US can evade or undermine international efforts to promote arms control - has long been a favorite of Vice President Dick Cheney, whose own national security adviser, neo-conservative John Hannah, has reportedly played a key role in the deliberations over Iraq.
