Bush Can Call It Chicken Salad If He Wants
But it ain’t Deficit Reduction. Bush and that Cabal of Congressional Criminals gathered today so Bush could sign what he and they called the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005. Now, math isn’t my long suit, but when you cut $40 billion in spending and you cut $70 billion in revenue, well in my part of the woods that means you have a short fall of $30 billion that is added to the deficit.

Don’t they teach better mathematics at Harvard Business School?

2. When georgie was just a little boy and asked Battleaxe Barb for $1.00
she always gave him at least $1.50. Then she told him it was an advance coming out of his allowance, but she only cut his allowance by 75 cents.

So you see, he is economically challenged because his mother is a frickin' idiot when it comes to teaching financial responsibility.

4. Goverment spending has long been a tool to
kick start a declining economy.
However US spending is out of focus
The spending on war on Iraq does not in anyway help the economy.
The cuts in citizens benefits are really cut in goverment spending
The impact of this budget will be felt.
Bad days ahead for the US economy.

Whereas one can argue that tax cuts do help but in this case it is too selective.
In Malaysia we did use tax cut.
But how it was done was that it was declare a tax free year after the 1997 financial crisis
The goverment forgo all the tax income that year.
It was to benefit the people.
Was not much tax to collect from corporations that year as mostly was in the red.
