That King ever said anything about "militarism" - I was born in '65 and all I knew about King was his message against racism until I was in my late 20's. I just took time to talk about King in my college psych classes last week and asked how many students knew that King was anti-war Probably 5 students out of 190+ knew. Whitebread Americans who are younger than 50 don't recall that King was hated for his anti-war/anti-poverty (communist) statements.

I am glad that I discussed King just a few weeks ago - at least a few dozen more people who heard about the funeral perhaps understood the motivation for Rev. Lowery's comments.

I am glad I saw this clip - he is a man of great dignity.
