Here are a few nice little gems:

FIRST, require all laws that apply to the rest of the country also apply equally to the Congress;
SECOND, select a major, independent auditing firm to conduct a comprehensive audit of Congress for waste, fraud or abuse

If they can't even get the first two items in their own contract done, why should Americans trust them with anything else? They've had over ten years go get it right.

I like some of the suggestions for a Democratic "Plan to Restore America" - fix voting, keep out of uneccessary wars, etc.
