My Fun With Bush BumperStickers Today.....

This morning I printed off about 40 3inch round stickers I bought at my local Costco that said........

I Got Fooled Again....and placed them over top of a bush or W 2004 sticker of some cars in parking lots.....

My next Idea.......

Anyone who has a WWJD(What Would Jesus Do) and a bush sticker on their car Im going to print the following for that sticker...

NOT VOTE FOR BUSH

These stickers are easly removed without causing damage...

1. Wondering how you would feel if someone put stuff on your car
and political expressions, without causing damage...

Leave other people's bumper stickers alone. It helps us identify the fools out driving.

2. Gee, people have to have some fun...everyday all I read is doom
and gloom...fun is fun as long as it does not do damage to the car.

3. Well, if you insist on it, try this one for the WWJD folks:
Who would Jesus kill first?

5. Creative people can have fun without violating other's private property
or is that just too old fashioned?

Lack of respect for boundaries is not really funny.

32. I have to admit...
between 911 and the Gulf war, I was serious tempted to take postit notes and attach them to the biggest honkingest luxury SUVs that said "I support the US dependence on foreign oil". Never did it - but was very tempted.

Hey, I am an active proponent of the power of positive nonsense, but also expect to be treated as I treat others. No point in going around pissing people off with stupid adolescent shit. Piss 'em off with reality!

12. I agree with you havocmom
My friend who has a Kerry Edwards sticker on her car was surprised one day to find a sticker glued to her windshield telling her to take that Kerry sticker off, the election is over. She didn't appreciate it enough that she filed a report of vandalism and agreed to press charges if they catch the guys who did it.

I wouldn't appreciate anyone redesigning my bumper sticker (Impeach Bush), so I couldn't do it to someone else. But, hey, go for it, and I hope you don't get shot! ;)

13. A friend of mine got a nasty letter because of having the Darwin symbol
fish-thingie on her car.

I suppose it was from an offended Christian, but geez--the language in that letter! Yikes. She showed the letter to me and it was breath-taking in its hate.

Scary stuff.

21. yes spit has happened three times
in the last 5 months alone , and is the most frequent
method used .

I've had nasty notes under my windshield wiper too
but that doesn't bother me , because that's what I
do ...I print out stuff from oldamericancentury and
leave it under bush stickered cars .

I've had my window chalk smeared . I had a tailpipe
kicked and busted , a fog lamp kicked off. tire damage
twice.

My car has been punched and kicked . My husband is a Paint-less
Dent Repair Tech , so I get my dents out for free :D

Cowards like to try and intimidate people they
are scared of . They think if they do this stuff
I'll get scared and stop spreading the truth .

They don't know me very well , vandalism with the intent
to intimidate me only strengthens my resolve .

30. Suggesting that damaging personal property is poor exercise is PC?

What the OP did is not any sort of action which will save the nation.

Suggesting that those of us who admonish against such petty and counter productive vandalism are proponents 'limp wristed politically correct bullshit' shows a, ah, certain lack of thought and/or GRASP of what the fight is all about.

Have been reading posts from some of the posters you disparage long enough to doubt they much care about political correctness. Know that one poster, the one I see in the mirror a couple times a day, well enough to hope you never have to meet her and have you delicate delusions about those who don't always agree with you shattered.

26. LMAO.
I'm sure vandalizing peoples' cars is going to vanquish the tyrants.

Why not put the effort into something productive, that does not involve vandalizing another person's propeerty - like freeway blogging?

I would be pissed as hell if someone put something on mine or took one of mine off.

It's a matter of respect.

29. Petty vandalism will not save America
It will, however, give ammunition to the hate radio crowd who like to get the masses worked up about how evil liberals are. It will make some people mad enough that our REAL messages will not get through.

Practice the golden rule and do things which will actually win friends and influence people. Find less annoying ways to vent and blow off steam. When you are too pissed to be constructive, go to the gym or something and work off some adrenalin until your head clears then get back to doing stuff that helps our cause.

Stickers on other people's property hurts us, is doesn't help us. And trying to spin semi-destructive juvenile pranks as some sort of patriotic action done against tyranny is just the sort of rationalization shit wing nuts do. A tiny sticker over someone's bumper sticker DOES NOT GET ANY MESSAGE OUT THERE besides 'there are some real cases of arrested development out there among the lib-ruls' in the minds of the people you want to reach. Only the vehicle owner is likely to get close enough to read it, so what is the point, besides pissing off one or two people? :eyes:

Have some milk and cookies and think about ways to be a better neighbor. Walk the walk of liberals, don't just talk the talk and try to justify rude, destructive behavior as an exercise in fighting tyranny. That is REALLY reaching.

25. Chimpeach!
The term still gives me a little bit of an oogy feeling, as I think it's a little bit unfair to chimpanzees. But at the same time, the first time I saw that neologism I giggled like a schoolboy.

Stick it in front of one of those W stickers and you've got quite a message.

If you don't like that, how about a little sticker that just says "orst." As in Worst. President. Ever.
