1. Too bad he won't learn anything from them
IF he's even reading them.

6. I suggest he flips forward to 1972-1974: The Watergate Years
for a glimpse of his immediate future.

7. He needs to skip ahead, the books he mentioned were about
George WASHINGTON....at this rate, he'll be 90 if he skims through, before he gets to the CIVIL WAR!

8. Someone should ask him for a book review
Over the years, Bush has really enjoyed being photographed carrying "serious" books. I'd dearly love to see someone at the gaggle ask him what he thought of McCullough's biography of John Adams or what his impressions are of other books he's been pictured carrying around (though significantly never shown to be reading).

9. HOLY SHIT--a liberal is asking him about wiretapping
Bush: I'm not your favorite guy (APPLAUSE!!!!!)

The guy is ripping him an asshole, saying NO COMPASSION, NO COMMON SENSE, and that he hopes he has the grace and humility to be ASHAMED of himself. The guy is saying it very graciously and politely, too!!!

He said something similar at another speech last week... he was given a paper to read but said the "print was too small and there were no pictures".
