1. Folks, listen to this one carefully....
The administration is arguing that it already HAS the power to negotiate a "treaty" with the Iraqis to leave our forces in Iraq in perpetuity!

The original UN mandate runs out at the end of this year.

And what is the Administration using to argue for this power... the power to make a mutual defense pact with Iraq and commit the United States to this war for, uh, possibly the next 100 years???

They are using the Iraq War Resolution from 2002. Yup, that same document that Hillary voted for.

And if they succeed with this... President Clinton or President McCain will be "obligated" to leave our troops in Iraq. President Obama will undo the IWR (or have it undone and sign it). Will Clinton?
