Roger Waters used his headlining set at the Coachella Festival in Los Angeles yesterday (April 27th) to deliver a strong political statement.

Following a performance which included a complete rendition of Pink Floyd’s ‘Dark Side Of The Moon’, Waters dispatched an inflatable pig across the crowd.

On the side of the pig was the message "Don't be led to the slaughter", which was accompanied by a cartoon of Uncle Sam wielding two bloody cleavers.

The underside of the pig had the name of Barack Obama along with a ticked ballot box, reports the Associated Press.

Waters, a well-documented supporter of the democratic candidate, has continued to make his political feelings known over recent weeks.
