There have been several impromptu vids posted over the years with Ms. Hilton with friends and at private parties in all her glory. They usually don't last long before the Hilton legal team has them removed. Trust me, you give her way too much credit. So she's got a clever PR department and some good creative people. That's called "having money." THEIR slapdown of McShame is purty darned good. She just appears in the production. Airhead? Maybe not. Bimbo? Card carrying and current titleholder.

However, I know 2 people who have great stories about her. One met her in Florida and said she could not have been nicer.She made eye contact, asked about her and her friends, and seemed genuinely interested. Talked for a few minutes was happy to sign her autograph and posed for pictures.

The other person is like me. Not a fan but happens to know of several charities Paris has donated to and said she is very generous with her money. One charity was under a friend's name for some reason. She said even though she is not really a fan, she thinks she sometimes gets a bad rap.

Not a fan of hers, but think she did a great job with the video.

Offshore drilling would not "get us through" until alternative energy is developed, as it would still take 20 years or so before any effect from granting the oil companies still more leases would even make a drop of difference to what we're told are current oil supplies.

Still, she puts forth "her" solution so reasonably, you can *almost* believe it's just that simple.
