Imus responded to the Bob Woodruff report that aired on ABC last night. Mr. Imus seems frustrated at what to do. In his words we are faced with a Secretary of the Veterans Administration who says there are less than 600 amputees. In trying to dismiss Mr. Woodruff’s figures on the number of Veteran’s seeking treatment conflicting with the DOD numbers. Secretary Nicholson says many Iraq Vets seek treatment from the VA for “dental work.” You can see the entire report including video at ABC News. Here is a clip of Imus’ response this morning.
