one odd thing I noticed is that instead of finishing the ad seems to spool endlessly right at the very end, even though the timer indicates it's played the whole video.

I watched it a few times to confirm this. When I moved the slider to the very end, it then completed the video and started showing the 'related' videos. Could this be effecting 'views' on YouTube, since only full 'watches' count?

I like it but the guy's voice sounds like some snide little milquetoast. Let's narrate it by someone with power, conviction, and authority behind his voice. Stop airing ads that are narrated by people who sound like sissies.

You don't win elections showing ads narrated by some guy speaking in a noble, breathy whisper voice.

The narrator dilutes the impact of the ad.

This is NOT going to get the attention of rednecks in the south who are voting for McCain. There are Dems & independents who are voting for McCain based on his past reputation as a "maverick" (southerners read that as "rebel") . This ad will NOT change one single vote around here.

We need something powerful, clever, a soundbite that everyone can repeat. A jingle. Any damned thing that kicks the shit out of people's "issues", and gets them off their little McCain training pot.
