I can tell you, as I attended four days of the protests in St. Paul, it was absolutely a police state. It's still mind-fucks me. And I still have nightmares of the young woman who was peacefully protesting (she was singing 'Give Peace a Chance' fer chissakes), and was the recipient of pepper-spray straight in the face. I was in the vicinity and got just a little of the spray, and even that was excruciating.

This is very disturbing. Hell. It's mind-bogglingly scary. Fuck. Scary doesn't even come close ... I don't have a word that can sufficiently convey how I feel about this whole thing.

Obama or we're doomed.

I care because it is the Constitution that determines how much power the government has. I care because I do not want the government being like Big Brother of George Orwell's 1984. I care because I believe in a government of the people, by the people, and for the people. I do not want a government that determines our destiny. I want us to determine our destiny democratically.

Which brings me to another point, a lot of Republicans, and Libertarians, and some Democrats, and others claim it is a Republic, not a Democracy. Well, at one time our nation was referred to as a Democratic Republic, and all of you anti-democrats think about this, if the government is not by, from, and of the people, why should we give an F about it?

The Federal Government needs to be reformed immediately. We need the People to be the final check to this massive, tyrannical, beast.

want now to anyone at any time.

The Governor of your state doesn't like what your activist group is doing? Well, so-and-so owes him a favor in Washingtion, so they make a phone call, and next thing you know the FBI are down at your place of work talking with your boss. Next day you are fired.

As easy as that. And nothing illegal happened.

This will start happening on a wide spread basis. Just watch.
