16. How are they busted??
I want to believe this is fake, but provide a link that says Fox News made this up? Or they are a plant. It looks like two dumb black panther members who are really fucking things up for Obama and the black population in general. Oh yes, stand outside with billyclubs...this will really help Obama and put an end to racism once and for all.

They just helped McCain in the final hours.

19. this is bogus this is their plan to try to scare voters from even showing
up....even if the were Black Panthers good they would at least keep the white trash that usually try and intimidate voters in check....IMHO

..walking out after they seemingly voted. They didn't seem bothered or intimidated.

18. I've seen some black voters
walk out after they seemingly voted. They weren't bothered or intimidated. Clearly racial intimidation at the polls never occurs.

20. I'm not sure what your point is.

Did you see intimidation in this situation? I didn't. If you did, then say so.

25. Did I?
No, but then I didn't vote in Philadelphia. The person there claims he did see it, and I have no reason to disbelieve him. Standing outside a polling booth with some kind of weapon making ominous statements counts as voter intimidation to me.

Imagine a guy in typical skinhead garb standing outside a polling place with a club making statements like "the white guy is going to win this election no matter what". (flip it and that's basically what happened here). Do you think people on here would maybe have issues with this? I hate this notion that because it happened to the other guys that makes it acceptable. Voter intimidation is either wrong for everyone or ok for everyone, you can't pick and choose. I'm going to go with wrong for everyone.

4. I watched that...ahem...clip and I don't see where the faux outrage is
one guy says they are black panther, of which of the guys is right there and the 'reporter' doesn't even try to interview the supposed black panther, who was also supposedly 'brandishing a nightstick'. Hmmm...definition To wave or flourish (a weapon, for example) menacingly.. Seems the cops showed up and left. FYI, one of the nightstick brandishers is a poll worker.

Does this even sound right to ya'll?

5. WTF more republicon drama queens wanting their 15 minutes of fame?
First it was the outrage that a con poll watcher had the police called on him to have him removed from the polling place, turns out the cons were standing around instead of doing walk thru's like the law required.

22. I think it will take more than my cast vote. I think this is criminal.
Passing off staged black panther intimidation is as bad as yelling "bomb" on a bus.

Fox news should be fined heavily everytime they commit these offenses. Janet Jackson's breast was minor, compared to messing with a national election by broadcasting phony intimidation.CBS faced major outrage. This is worse.

these types of offenses, you would have a solution to our national debt. Let's hope their asses are heading to the unemployment line!!!

Let's go up to the Republican-looking white man and he will tell us everything we need to know.

12. The best part of the video
Is when the Fzux reporter says that "Cops showed up a few minutes ago, and then left." LOL

They can't even drum up news story worthy of their blatant bias. Shouldn't this story play out with riots and tear gas and the Faux reporters hanging by a lamp post.

15. The guy in the white shirt said, "We got a phonecall about ..."
Who is "we?" If he were a poll worker or campaign worker, he could have given his name to the Faux News reporter.

Of course, if you're part of the on-site news crew, you'd probably want to remain anonymous.

21. I'm watching fox news...
And they are having a field day with this. Rove was on and said other voter fraud is happening all around the country. Of course that is not confirmed. BUt they are replaying this footage of the Black Panther members so now they have proof that it did happen. They can say anything now. Apparently, the McCain Camp is holding a conference concerning voting intimidation and I think they may bring up this Black Panther story.

Absolutely stupid stunt those two men did. There's no way around it. We would be pissed off if white hicks stood around polling places with weapons in their hands. Lets not make an excuse for this. It's voter intimidation.

One step backwards for the country.

23. You mean like the white cowboy rednecks...
in Montana last year who encircled the vehicles of every Native American who came to vote, sometimes not even letting them out of their cars? Voter intimidation sucks, no matter who does it. If it's reported by Fox though, I tend not to believe it. I need independent confirmation from a credible source. And that ain't Fox. (And if it is true and no one believes them, well it's their own fault for crying Wolf! so so so so so many times.)
