3. she really simplified what gov Ryan did.

It was great that Ryan did the moratorium on the death penalty. It was very important. But, the reason Ryan is in jail is that he sold commercial drivers licenses for contributions to his campaign. By doing this someone was driving a truck got into a horrible accident where 6 children were burned to death. The parents and one of the children survived. There was a huge uproar. In fact some believe that the death row moratorium was done to help clear Ryan's conscience. He did it after the investigations into the driver's license scandal happened. Just wanted to clear this up.
