TURLEY: "There is a difference between criminalizing policy and a policy of crimes, and that is what we have here. We just had three Attorney Generals that couldn't tell the difference, and the question is whether he will prosecute confirmed crimes."

4. This ball of yarn will continue to unravel and unravel and
unravel, and every time this is discovered it will be astonishing about how it is considered a crime. It has always been a crime no matter who is speaking. Why are some crimes like spending money on a prostitute more important?

5. I agree with Mr. Turley. War Crimes Should be Prosecuted by Mr. Holder.
War Crimes will be prosecuted from the Hague. Mr. Bush will receive prosecutions.

8. This is so ridiculous
Why are we asking two men who are not only quite familiar with the law and the constitution, but also upstanding citizens to step the fuck up and do what's right? Turley nailed it. It is no longer about the assholes who are leaving office, but about US as a nation! If they don't do what's right, we need to harrass them like the wingnuts could only DREAM to harrass them for doing right!

9. Take Note Of Stuart Taylor Wandering Around...
...in the background of the Holder clip (45 seconds in).

As a http://digbysblog.blogspot.com/2009/01/establishment-dicks-by-digby-ive.html">chief propagandist for torture, it's as if he's suddenly realized the game has changed and has reflexively begun to search for the escape hatch -- or his long-departed conscience.

10. This is the most critical point in our history.
And if we let this slide as Americans, then we've basically given up on Democracy. Maybe I'll just start robbing banks and when I'm finally caught, I'll suggest to the jury that we don't have time to look at these crimes and we should move forward. Forgive and forget. Quit trying to drag up the past, will ya! LOL. These animals are going down, if it's the last thing I do. If the ICC has to become involved, then Obama will be guilty too. Case Closed.

11. You do not corner a dangerous animal
Bush and friends remain the most powerful people on Earth until Tuesday morning, and there is no telling what mischief they could make in their remaining hours if they truly felt threatened by the incoming administration. It makes better sense on every level to wait until they have been de-fanged and Obama's people have that power to let them know how much trouble they are in.
