Always interesting to see how the rest of the world looks at the U.S., Obama and significant events of the day. I don't know, but it seems we have heard very little about the North Korean launch in the U.S., but it is something covered in more detail by others. I personally hadn't thought of it as a test of 'reaching the US' but it is possible and that is why this may actually be something to keep an eye on, given North Korea's love of provoking reaction from the world at large.
