The GOP believes that the private insurance industry can do a better job at running healthcare than the government. Unfortunately, they are the ones who've been in charge while things have gone down the tubes. Mike Papantonio appears on Fox News' Bulls and Bears to discuss the reasons why the government could do a much better job.

for reform. He played into the Repugs hand with that policy decision.

3. This is such bullshit

Someone should flat out say that the government is taking care of people in their golden years which is flat out the most expensive time for healthcare. The inurance only take the healthy people so they skim off the top. People with preexisting conditionscan't get insurance and the people who pay for their own are screwed.

4. 3 step solution for health care

Notice how most of the people on the panel are not old enough to be on medicare, yet they think they got the problem figured out. The problem is this country continues to pool high risk people together and expect to break even. We need a mix of healthy and sick, or universal coverage. The other problem that needs reform is medical suppliers. Medical suppliers are driving up health care costs because if any supply is labeled medical, it automatically has a huge mark up. It is a pretty simple solution yet those in power can't seem to grasp simplicity.

1. Universal coverage for all
2. Tax the hell out of medical supply companies
3. Tax the hell out of big pharma
