CNN's Nic Robertson in Tripoli on a tour to see civilian bomb damage where Gadaffi alleges civilian casualties occurred as shown previously on State TV. Only problem is, the state guide drove around and around... and couldn't find it.

Yup, that must be some devastating damage alright, if nobody in town knows where it is. As US AFRICOM tweeted earlier today...

If a military operation is not a clusterfuck today, it has an 80% chance of being one tomorrow. This percentage goes up as the operation continues.
