They are horribly competent at promoting their agenda. Calling them or Bush just incompetent is a gross underestimation. They are EVIL people and have been very successful at reaching their goals.

Behind Iraq, New Orleans, etc there is an agenda. Think they were incompetent when they let poor people drown in NO? It was never their intention to help them, New Orleans is now a laboratory for their ideology. Just like Iraq is the perfect cash cow, mission accomplished.

And thanks to an appeasing Congress they keep getting their way...
