Unfortunately, as you can see from the lack of replies or votes you got on this, the overwhelming majority of people around here are intellectually and emotionally incapable of disciplining their minds to listen to a serious and significant report/analysis of a constitutional issue dealing with habeas corpus and Bush's over reaching.

Thank you for this clip - since watching it I have been reading up on the Hamden v. Rumsfeld case. Next week a lead lawyer on this case is speaking at the Pitt law school and I will be better prepared to understand his comments having read background material on both oral arguments and the majority/minority opinions from the SC justices.
