Totals anywhere % of absentee vote, voting problems listed

I know CA's Dean Logan will not recount ballot problem. Met him in NY, and he was unwilling to have a ballot on demand. I'm tired of commissioners wanting THAT much convenience over accuracy. Others? I subscribe to Daily Voting News, but has ground support heard anything?

We have so little ability to count the vote, find problems. There is a 23 point spread over polling, which may mean nothing, but a lot of states have well-known problem equipment.
