when questioning her about her most famous comment, she said she assumed the reporter to which she made it (a sports guy) wouldn't mention it, being said in passing, and therefor, off the record.

at which point, Russert THREW his hands in the air, and exploded, laughing...."NOTHING is off the record!" or almost those exact words

oh yeah, you fat, lying hypocrite? remember your TESTIMONY at the Libby trial? may I refresh your memory:
