Negroponte in Iraq to press Iraqi leaders on reforms- Holy Death Squad Batman

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - U.S. Deputy Secretary of State John Negroponte met Iraqi officials in Baghdad on Tuesday, the latest senior visitor from Washington to press Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki for progress on political reforms.

A U.S. embassy spokesman confirmed that Negroponte was holding closed-door talks, but gave no further details.
