2. Does he know that Jack Bauer doesn't exist?
It reminds me of the story about Nancy Reagan writing a letter to Marge Simpson.

3. If the rule of law doesn't mater, why do we need judges?
If we can go to mob rule an vigilante justice, we can save a hell of a lot of money by not paying these worthless judges.

10. Scalia = Gotti?
Kinda makes me wonder... whether Scalia is a member of the mob, albeit a secret one for fear of Opus Dei

7. Never....
No Justice of SCOTUS has ever been removed. Most have died on the bench. Some have retired, some have resigned. The last Justice to resign under questionable circumstances was Abe Fortas back in 1969.

14. So the Supreme Court has:
A chief Justice that is a closeted gay living in a cover marriage.

Scaila who helped "fix" the 2000 Presidential election, covers up
for Cheney, and might be nutz.

Thomas who sexually harassed women and never asks a question or
works that hard.

Allito who worked to stop Women & Blacks from getting admitted to
Princeton and heard cases in front of his court where he should have
recused himself because of a financial conflict of interest.
