Cheney not a part of Executive Branch? Simple Answer
If his office is not an entity of the Executive branch, HE IS NOT ENTITLED TO THE SECRETS.

CUT HIM OFF.

Problem solved. (Well, for now).

1. I swear to God, he is laughing at us. He thinks no one can touch him--
he is beyond the law, because this admin will change or reframe the laws to suit their criminal activities. If this doesn't lead to his impeachment, then we're sunk.

2. It was Stephen Colbert that said
They're really just daring the Democrats to impeach them.

What's next? Bush declares himself dictator? Then, the MSM will frame it as a partisan war between Democrats & Bush, and we'll get hearings and some strongly worded letters.

4. LOL! I remember that particular show! I do believe that Dickster knows
that Congress will not act to defy him, and has nothing to lose by refusing to comply with the law.

3. Article 2 of the US Constituion is very clear
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Article_Two_of_the_United_States_Constitution

Article 2 establishes and describes the Executive branch, and clearly names the Vice President as part of it.

"The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his Office during the Term of four Years, and, together with the Vice-President chosen for the same Term, be elected, as follows:..."

5. They know the law, it's just that they think they can get away with it and
their right they will. They know that the US population is to tired to worry about anything else but paying the rent and keeping food on the table.

6. NO Executive Privilege, then.
Simple enough.
