55. Absolutely
I just told my hubby that just a few years ago, I would never have recognized as many people in the audience as I do and would never have known what states senators and reps were from. I usually watched debates, but didn't pay that much attention until after the 2004 election. I scare myself sometimes when I recognize senators from the back when I watch the 'Span.

The others talk about (blame the victim!) EDUCATION when we're off-shoring jobs to some of the LEAST educated nations on earth and IMPORTING uneducated labor for the "jobs (white) Americans won't (supposedly) do" ... and WE HAVE COLLEGE GRADS working at McDonalds!!

It's NOT education!! It's greed and predation of corporate barons creating a SERFDOM!

67. Some of the questions the moderators are asking are great questions
And the candidates are doing a great job answering them. It is nice to see a real debate rather than the corporate media fluff debates for once. PBS should host more debates they do a much better job than the cable networks, plus they are available to people who don't have cable.

What I would love to see even more than this however is for Amy Goodman to moderate a debate, now that would be incredible.

NOW is the time to get behind those who really "say it like it is"!

Whether or not they get the nomination, THEIR VOICES IMPROVE the political process!

Has taken the same position...a position that seemed quite popular with the audience btw...

Also, no one said they would bomb anyone...they would enforce a no fly zone to prevent Sudan from bombing refugees...

but he just missed a lot of opportunities to show he had well thought out plans and insights. I thought his performance was weak.

117. Senator Biden will always be on the side of American citizens. Well, mostly always.
He has sponsored and/or supported many House Bills with which the majority of us agree.

He has also been blatant in casting votes for his corporate sponsors/donors.

126. Because after all, "feeling safe" is what is most important
Feeling good, feeling powerful, feeling comfortable, insulating from any reality or uncomfortable Truth.

Uniquely American.

The real people you need to feel safe from are in Washington, not hiding in a cave.
