3. and as weve seen now the repub minority doesnt give a flying fuck about up or down votes.
theyve been blocking with cloture votes left and right.

Just staggering. And THIS is BushCo's legacy. It's real legacy. Immigration reform? Privatizing Social Security? Screw that stuff, that's small change. They've got the Court for a generation.

History won't care because the dumbasses on the SCOTUS won't be alive to defend their actions - when history might give a shit in a few centuries. Kids will read about the horrible people that screwed THEM over and probably they will still feel the greed and warmongering from our time.
