Passerby tackled after ripping Fox News mic from anchor.

This morning, Fox News reporter Laura Ingalls was conducting an interview about the iPhone on the streets of New York City. In the middle of the interview, a passerby came up and yanked her microphone away from her. He then ran away, yelling expletives, before being tackled by members of the Fox News crew. Watch it:

One of the Fox hosts explained, “Clearly people sometimes have disputes with the media; that’s not the way to handle the situation.”

1. OH? Then they should probably get on Fox and tell their "loyals"
to kill judges, editors and democratic members of congress. Guess that's more acceptable to republicans.

9. This was a report about the iPhone.
She's not that important of a reporter, she was just talking about a dumb phone.

4. That was dumb. It's much better to just heckle them.
We used to do that in Santa Monica. "Oh, look! They're playing grown up News Crew!"

5. Wow, I guess Faux really does have Faux Security
Bill-o told us, but we didn't believe it. While I hate Faux Neus, I also don't think that grabbing the mic like that is the right way to protest.

6. Sounds and looks like a publicity stunt...why would they continue the interview
...with Levy who seemed completely un-phased by the incident, still smiling still holding his I-phone in plain site

8. Actually the best way to do this is to hold your cell phone next to the antenna for the wireless mic
and make a call or receive a call.

It makes a Horrible sound over the airwaves.
