Then why isn't Bush doing more for the refugees stuck in Iraq?

Why must the Iraqi People be forced to endure the "Al Qaeda menace" that Bush goes on about and Bush's Iraq too?

It doesn't make sense, he says "Al Qaeda in Iraq" wants to kill our children, but at the same time when someone tells him that the refugee crisis in Iraq is bad as the 1948 Palestinian Diaspora, he sticks his fingers in his ears and says "LALALALA, I CAN'T HEAR YOU!"
