I am impressed! Chuck Schumer aced his SAT'S
Schumer was born in Brooklyn to a Jewish family. His parents were Selma Rosen and Abraham Schumer.<3> He attended public schools in Brooklyn, scoring a 1600 on the SAT, and graduated as the valedictorian from James Madison High School in 1967.<4> Schumer competed for Madison on the It's Academic television quiz show.<5>

1. Yes, he has demonstrated impressive lucidity.
Wish he hadn't voted for the damn war.

5. 1600
was less common than today. I don't know your age but when Chuck and I went to school no one studied for the SAT's. We just went in and took them. They also have changed how they are graded today.

12. wow
you are really old. also Chuck graduated at 16. Lot's of kids skipped grades in NY then. I am surprised he didn't go to Stuyvesant HS.

3. I didn't know that, but all you have to do is listen to him interrogating
a hearing witness or listen to his interviews and you will know he's not only intelligent and VERY fast on his feet!

8. Schumer did an outstanding job with Gonzales, but whenever I see him
I think of that old joke:
Q - Where's the most dangerous place to stand, in Washington?
A - Between Chuck Schumer and a camera.
