I've been thinking.

First we hear of one or two products from China with poison in them. The next thing you know, China is threatening to dump our dollars. Finally a literal deluge of unsafe reports about imports from China which has a lot of us swearing off made in China forever (which I'm still going to do).

I may be seeing shadows where there are none, but is this part of a trade war or power struggle of some sort? Is it possible some among us knew all along about this stuff all along? And now I'm putting on my tin hat...
