How come the media doesn't point out that Rudy/Mitt lack experience to be president?
It seems like they always like to point out lack of experience on the Democratic side. In '04 it was Sen. Edwards, only in his first term in the Senate and now Obama and his first term in the Senate. But when it comes to the GOP they seem to give it a pass. Rudy was the Mayor of New York City, yes, a big and important city, but still, just a Mayor. Mitt is a former one term governor of Massachusetts--where is his foreign policy experience?

But, as usual, the media is selective.

2. Cuz they are experienced...
Rudy has been given the 9/11 hero label. He has more experience than all the ground zero workers (29 hours). We was at the WTC, which after all, housed many foreign businesses and housed a lot of people who speak the foreign languages.

Mitt is experienced in foreign policy- he organized the Olympics and had to negotiate with all those people who speak the foreign languages.

5. Ok, then Obama and Edwards are also experienced
As Senators they deal with foreign leaders and policy. They also have dealt with issues related to 9/11. There shouldn't be a double standard.

3. Because the media is the PR division of the Republican Party.
They wouldn't challenge their own candidates, one of them might accidentally get the nomination.

6. The US Corp Media expect Mitt the Twit to be the next Pres.
The Bush Crime Family is in full support, also. The trashing of all Dems is in full attack mode. The US Corp Media does not want a Dem Pres.

Nuff said?

7. Because a Democratic president will actually be doing the job
Whereas a Republican will just be carrying the lunch bucket for Jesus.

11. American Media only repeat GOP Talking Points.
GOP talking points include "experienced candidates" and
therefore never question Republicans.

Rudy can tell them go fly a kite and they genuflect.

The answer is DOUBLE STANDARD.
