The wages of Canadian truck drivers driving into the US doesn't matter in it's effect

on US trucking wages. Having Canadian trucks unload at the border and then hauled by US trucks provides more jobs for US truckers just as having the Mexican ones unload. It doesn't matter what the Canadian trucker is making for driving the truck to the border. If s/he keeps driving into the US it has the same effect as a lower paid Mexican driver driving into the US.

To use the protectionist language they are "STEALING" jobs. Once again to use their language on it, it's no different than a Canadian walking in to US truckers houses and stealing their television or their child's college fund.
